Job Title: Hotel Duty Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Hotel Duty Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel.

The Role:

  • Work closely with the hotel's management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of the hotel during your shift, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a busy hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including current trends and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • HACCP training and certification.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
