About the RoleYou will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. Your role will involve providing support with daily activities, personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and assisting with community-based activities.
Our services operate 24/7, and we prepare rotas in advance to ensure you can plan your personal life. Shift times include days (10:00am-22:00pm and 07:30am-10:00am) and sleepovers (22:00-07:30).
Requirements- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time)
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
