Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a farm team dealing with a broad range of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support and servicing to existing clients on their insurance needs.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Understand customer needs thoroughly through active listening and informed discussions.
  • Handle ad-hoc customer requests as they arise including mid-term adjustments, claims reporting and management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up by issuing quotations to the client.
  • Carry out robust due diligence on customer risks and identify suitable market options and cover solutions.
  • Maintain correct and clear documentation and file notes in line with system protocols.
  • Contribute positively to a team-focused, professional, and solution-oriented environment.

  • Experience working within a broking team with an understanding of insurance products and processes.
