Docusign Account Executive Role

This high-impact position combines relationship management and revenue expansion. We seek a sales professional with a track record of success in consultative sales and account management within the SaaS model.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience using sales force automation tools, digital literacy, and fluency in English and French.
Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced sales executive to deliver programmatic engagement with existing clients, develop and maintain relationships, and grow Docusign's incremental revenue by uncovering additional use cases and opportunities.

  • The successful candidate will qualify sales opportunities based on our sales methodology and metrics, position our value proposition as part of the overall business solution, and expand our solution beyond implementation.
  • They will also process sales orders, facilitate customer onboarding, handle customer needs for engagement with other resources, enlist customers to participate in events, provide timely reports, and develop sophisticated knowledge of our products and services.
Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Experience in consultative sales and account management, preferably within a SaaS model
  • Digital literacy, including experience using sales force automation tools, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
