About the Role:
- 3+ years' experience in an HR role, ideally with experience working in a HR Business Partner model.
- Experience working in a large multi-national manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful HR outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of employment law frameworks.
- Effective at coaching and managing multiple stakeholders.
