Organisational Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management professional to drive business transformation and deliver exceptional results. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in navigating complex change initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of change management principles, techniques, and tools. They will possess excellent facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage Change Networks within operational business units.
- Analyse current processes to identify areas for improvement, working closely with Business Analysts.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of changes on the organisation.
Personal Specification:
- Strong business acumen and project management skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate change.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
