Senior Project Manager for IT Solutions

The role of a Senior Project Manager for IT Solutions involves leading and managing projects within the Information Technology department. This includes overseeing the delivery of eMarketplace projects, working with stakeholders to understand business objectives, and managing third-party partner and supplier contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering and implementing eMarketplace projects within time and budget constraints
  • Collaborating with senior-level stakeholders to define and develop services that meet their business needs and expectations
  • Managing third-party partner and supplier contracts for procurement compliance, value for money, and service quality
  • Leading, managing, and developing a team of project staff members to ensure successful project execution
  • Ensuring specified services are delivered against service descriptions and specifications as per defined project management processes (PRINCE2 and ITIL)
  • Managing activities in compliance with defined project and service management processes to achieve desired outcomes
  • Aligning services and projects with industry standards in terms of architecture and security best practices
  • Providing user training and preparing budgetary proposals to support project initiatives
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years' experience working at an intermediate level in IT or a related field
  • Experience of leading collaboration across organisational boundaries with diverse groups of internal partners and stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of IT Architecture for finance enterprise systems, including Agresso Milestone 7 or equivalent solutions
  • Qualifications: Level 9 qualification in IT/Management or equivalent, demonstrating expertise and competencies in project management and leadership
