Operations Manager

This role oversees production operations, ensuring equipment and teams deliver efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and equipment, as well as experience in a manufacturing/operations role.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily production activities including scheduling and process improvement.
- Coordinate with management to meet delivery schedules and inventory targets.
- Ensure efficient use of resources (materials, equipment, people).
- Monitor and improve processes to maintain quality and reduce downtime.
- Lead and support the development, training, and performance of the production team.
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Degree in Engineering desirable.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing/operations role.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Understanding of quality systems, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
