Job Title: Senior Environmental Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and Industrial Emission Licence applications.
  • Prepare technical reports including EIAs, Human Health Impact Assessments, Operational Reports, and Technical Opinions.
  • Mentor and direct team members and sub-consultants to ensure high standards and effective project delivery.
  • Communicate with clients, external stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with all project requirements.
  • Manage complex projects and programmes, including post-planning approval assistance and strategic oversight.
  • Craft proposals and develop strategies to address client needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the environmental sector.
  • Proven track record in preparing EIAs and/or EPA Industrial Emissions Licensing.
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, self-motivation, and ability to lead initiatives.
  • High attention to detail, excellent report writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to assemble data into clear outputs.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
