Operations Director

This role involves leading the moderation efforts to promote high-quality team engagement, enhancing the Community Moderation experience, and increasing transparency and engagement within fan communities. You will oversee daily operations related to Machine Labeling, Community Moderation, and Terms of Service enforcement.

A key part of this role is fostering a culture of continuous improvement, piloting new methods, and collaborating with teams to adapt to moderation needs. You will report to a Senior Director and be a vital member of an organization dedicated to taking care of fans and creating positive interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multidisciplinary teams across global sites
  • Developing team members through assessment, feedback, and partnership
  • Influencing product, IT, and marketing roadmaps through collaboration
  • Identifying opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintaining industry knowledge on products and services
  • Encouraging innovation from concept to implementation
  • Working with executive teams to prioritize initiatives

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 10+ years managing teams
  • 5+ years in a contact center environment
  • Experience leading transformational change globally
  • Proven success in achieving ambitious goals
