Job Role:

Finance Executive

The Finance Executive is a key member of our finance team, responsible for overseeing the entire financial function and reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the finance function with a focus on cost management, risk assessment, cash flow management, controls, and business intelligence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation/submission of monthly and year-end financial and management accounts.
  • Identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities through data analysis and strategic planning to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner in developing our company's strategy with growth plans.
  • Identify commercial, financial, and economic risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experienced senior finance/accounting professional with a background in manufacturing or a related industry.
  • A proactive approach to work and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a small team.
  • Highly adaptable and dynamic with the ability to pivot as the business scales.
