Hotel Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the hotel management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during night shifts.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all hotel operations during night shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety, and maintaining high standards of luxury and quality. You will also be responsible for conducting daily briefings for the morning shift, preparing reports for all departments, and enforcing all fire-life-safety procedures.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to deputise for the Night Manager in their absence, take responsibility of the operation of the hotel during night shifts, and provide support where necessary in other areas of the hotel.

You will be working closely with the Night Manager to ensure that all hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently, and that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you have previous experience in front office and are able to work effectively under pressure, then we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reception duties and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will also need to be available to work 5 out of 7 night shifts a week, with days off varying.
