Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Service Professional to join our team at a luxury hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the highest standards of luxury and quality in all areas of the hotel.
  • To deliver excellent care to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • To have a strong understanding of the hotel's vision, mission, and values as communicated to the team.
  • To maintain a clean and well-maintained environment, adhering to cleaning checklists and reporting any defective materials or equipment to the appropriate departments.
  • To control the ambiance in departments, including lighting, music, and temperature.
  • To promote security throughout the hotel by being vigilant and taking proactive measures to prevent incidents.
  • To have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel, including menu updates, promotions, and special offers.
  • To provide support where necessary in other areas of the hotel, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

  • To attend appraisal reviews and departmental meetings, staying informed about hotel policies and procedures.
  • To adhere to the hotel's employee handbook, code of conduct, and grooming procedures.
  • To clock in and out of the Timepoint system and inform your manager if you did not receive your break entitlement.
Fitness and Safety:
  • To comply with the hotel's fire and emergency procedures, health and safety regulations, and food hygiene guidelines.
  • To investigate and report all accidents and incidents in accordance with the hotel's accident/incident reporting procedure.
Additional Tasks:
  • To provide a channel for communication within the hotel, effectively dealing with telephone and email inquiries.
  • To carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of a manager.
  • To assist the Conference & Events Manager on Duty with the running of all conferences and events.
