We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our luxury hotel team.
Main Responsibilities:- To maintain high standards of quality and deliver exceptional guest care.
- To conduct regular audits and ensure all team members meet strict quality targets.
- To oversee areas of responsibility, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and ambiance.
- To identify and report defective materials and equipment, and implement new initiatives on time.
- To support the Night Manager and provide assistance as required.
- To maintain a high level of security throughout the hotel and address guest feedback promptly.
- To lead hotel operations during night shifts, prioritizing guest satisfaction and safety.
- Previous night management experience preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge and experience of luxury environments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Attention to detail.
