Dining Operations Manager

- Lead and manage the Food and Beverage operation to deliver exceptional dining experiences for all guests
- Manage budgets and achieve financial goals, including payroll and expenses management
- Hire, train, and supervise employees, with a focus on employee development at Supervisor Level
- Provide outstanding service and communicate feedback effectively
- Ensure cost control of beverage stock in line with monthly stock taking
- Oversee weekly staff scheduling based on business demands and staffing requirements
- Support Supervisors in their roles to become effective managers and leaders through training and coaching
- Collaborate with training teams to develop people management skills, including 1-2-1 training and appraisal processes
- Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to ensure up-to-date training records
- Take ownership of implementing Forbes Standards at an operational level
- Support strategic objectives as agreed upon by the Director of F&B and Executive Management
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to drive results-oriented performance.
Additionally, experience working in a high-volume food and beverage environment is highly desirable, as is proficiency in managing budgets and overseeing staff schedules.
