Job Title: Operations Manager - Food and Beverage

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage and oversee all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation at a world-class level, ensuring seamless delivery of dining experiences to our discerning guests.
  • To take ownership of budgets and financial management, driving revenue growth while maintaining strict control over expenses.
  • To lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • To collaborate with Directors and Senior Leadership to drive business objectives, implementing initiatives that enhance profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • To implement and maintain robust systems, procedures, and controls to ensure operational excellence, adherence to quality standards, and continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with chefs, restaurant staff, and event planners to create memorable events and culinary experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.
