Financial Director: Driving Growth and Impact

The role of Chief Financial Officer is a key position within our organisation, responsible for leading growth plans and providing board-level direction. As a senior finance professional, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy of the business, ensuring we remain on track to achieve our goals.
We are seeking an experienced finance leader who can drive strategic growth, manage investor relationships, and provide expert financial guidance to the board. If you have a proven track record in strategic finance, scaling organisations, and managing equity funding and investor relations, we want to hear from you.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Manage relationships with investors, ensuring effective communication and engagement
- Provide financial guidance to the board, ensuring they are informed of all relevant financial matters
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant leadership experience
- Proven track record in strategic finance and scaling organisations
- Experience with equity funding and investor relations
