Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience in managing and supporting a team, helping people to do their best work. You will also need strong people skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Leading and supporting a team of eight across three community enterprise centres, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and working with businesses and community groups to expand our reach.
  • Building strong relationships with entrepreneurs, local leaders, and partners to deliver practical supports and new initiatives.
  • Bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to a fast-moving environment while adapting to change.
