The Senior Project Manager plays a vital role in delivering high-quality conference services, ensuring timely and professional project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing client proposals through thorough preparation and presentation
Accurately costing programmes to meet client requirements
Negotiating with suppliers for optimal services and rates
Leading site inspection trips to ensure smooth programme execution
Overseeing the operation of confirmed programmes, including on-site presence during client events
Engaging in national and international sales and marketing activities as needed
Office Duties:
Confirmations, reservations, invoicing, and other general office tasks
Supervising and supporting junior team members
Requirements:
A proven track record in seamless conference delivery, with at least three years' experience in senior conference management
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
Strong IT skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications
Willingness to travel for business purposes, both domestically and internationally
Full driving licence
Fluency in verbal and written English is essential
