About the Role

This is a supervisory position responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of conferences, events, and banquets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise conference operations to ensure seamless execution from setup to wrap-up.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors to meet event requirements.
  • Plan, organize, and control daily operations, including bar, restaurant, and room service management.
  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure their needs are met promptly.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and manage guest queries efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in work areas and throughout the hotel.
  • Represent the team's needs and work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Contribute to achieving financial targets and assist with training and development of team members.
Requirements
  • Previous conference and banquet experience is essential.
