Enterprise Java Engineer Leadership Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.


This role requires a seasoned professional with strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, modern front-end technologies, and DevOps practices.


About the Position

As an Enterprise Java Engineer Lead, you will:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Develop and maintain robust APIs and backend services using Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Kafka.
  • B uild responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

You will work closely with our engineering teams to drive innovation and excellence in software development. Our ideal candidate is an expert in enterprise Java development, has experience working with agile methodologies, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
