Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a key part in the end-to-end procurement process, including monitoring and controlling sales contracts, orders, and procurement support systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Validating customer sales contracts and ensuring they meet agreed product listings and pricing guidelines.
  • Managing drawdowns of customer sales contracts and liaising with logistics teams to ensure customer service levels are met.
  • Monitoring open sales orders and taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
  • Supporting purchasing managers in maintaining product master-data setups, supplier cost price updates, retail price updates, and other related activities.
  • Raising central purchase orders for both consignment stock and general stock into branches.
  • Regularly running key sales and stock reports to highlight trends and issues that need attention.
  • Resolving invoice errors on a weekly basis and preventing new issues from occurring.
  • Assisting in developing and improving processes and systems to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Overseeing regulatory reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product movements and procurement to pay (P2P) processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong PC skills, particularly MS Office applications including Excel, are essential. Knowledge of SAP, Core, and Business Intelligence systems is desirable. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and motivation.
