Procurement Support Co-ordinator Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Procurement Support Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our end-to-end procurement process.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring customer sales contracts, managing drawdowns, and liaising with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. You will also be responsible for processing customer sales orders, maintaining product master data, and raising purchase orders as required.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop and improve processes and systems to ensure compliance and minimize risk. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customer sales contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage drawdowns and liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Process customer sales orders and resolve any issues
  • Maintain product master data and assist with supplier cost price updates
  • Raise purchase orders as required
  • Develop and improve processes and systems to ensure compliance and minimize risk
Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office applications, including Excel. Knowledge of SAP, Core, and Business Intelligence systems is desirable. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
