About the Role

The Strategic People Partner will play a key role in supporting business objectives, driving project success, and enabling organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Business Transformation:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance business strategies and plans.
    • Contribute to driving sustainable growth and improvement initiatives.
  • Workforce Management:
    • Assist in managing workforce operations to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation.
  • Talent Development & Retention:
    • Support initiatives that help identify, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.
  • Succession Planning:
    • Collaborate in identifying and developing future leaders through succession planning strategies.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Support coordination of projects based on business priorities and plans.
  • Performance Management:
    • Help coordinate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Track key metrics and KPIs; develop and manage reports to monitor organizational trends and support data-driven decisions.
  • Business Partnership:
    • Partner with stakeholders to drive business outcomes; transform challenges into actionable plans and prepare impactful presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in an HR generalist or organizational development role in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English is required.
