About the Position

We are seeking an experienced senior cost manager to oversee MEP projects.

  • Partner with clients to provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Analyze data and identify areas requiring further investigation during bid evaluation.
  • Negotiate with contractors to agree on material quantities based on detailed designs.
  • Prepare budget estimates from concept design to detailed stages.
  • Resolve commercial, change order, and contract issues efficiently and fairly.
  • Support team leaders with cost control, estimation, reporting, and forecasting.
Requirements
  • Experience as a cost manager on large-scale construction projects with leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of M&E systems and ability to read services drawings and schematics.
  • Degree or comparable experience in mechanical engineering or surveying.
  • Chartered or working towards chartership.
