Leading MEP Cost Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Mep Cost Manager to join our team.
The Role:
- Delve into cost reports and present findings to senior management
- Pursue budget preparation involving detailed cost modelling and benchmarking analysis, and reviews with senior management
- Oversight of project costs against budget throughout the project, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost saving initiatives to increase client value
- Monitoring the financial close-out on all projects including settlement of all vendors
- Supervision of commercial change management and change evaluation efforts
- Overseeing RFPs through to procurement for project services and products
- Proactive leadership in all commercial risk management efforts
- Review of analytics for project portfolio cash flow and earned value analysis
We require someone with experience as an M&E cost manager from a consultancy background, who is RICS chartered or on the path to complete it. We also value those who have a degree or comparable experience in construction, business, financial or related field, and possess excellent communication and detail-oriented skills.
