Job Title: Construction Programme Coordinator
As a skilled Construction Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and monitoring detailed construction programmes for residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject.
- Work closely with the Construction Director, Project Managers, Site Managers, Design, and Commercial teams to align programmes with design, procurement, and build strategies.
- Sequence works logically, incorporating lead times, procurement schedules, statutory approvals, and utilities coordination specific to Irish residential projects.
- Identify critical paths, key milestones, and potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies where needed.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to validate lead times and integrate them into the programme.
- Have a strong technical understanding of the Irish housebuilding process – from greenfield site to handover, including groundworks, utilities, timber frame/traditional build, and fit-out.
- Knowledge of Irish construction regulations, planning requirements, and BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations).
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in planning within residential construction is required. Knowledge of Irish construction regulations, planning requirements, and BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations) is also essential.
