Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities
  • Administer payroll, pensions, and benefits
  • Manage HR systems and ensure compliance with Irish employment law
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
