Exceptional customer experience is at the heart of our operations. We seek a skilled Returns Agent to join our team at Dublin Airport.

About the Role:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless vehicle returns and maintenance.
  • Maintain high standards of service excellence and damage prevention.
  • Process workshop vehicles according to standard procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and flexibility in working hours. While car rental/sales experience is desirable, we provide comprehensive training for the right individual.

Key Qualifications:
  • Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
