Insurance Professional - Customer Service Expert

 

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and diversified insurance intermediary group as an Insurance Professional - Customer Service Expert. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across various insurance needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients
  • Handle Motor, Household, and Van Insurance Policies
  • Liaise with insurance companies on customer queries and instructions
  • Offer expert guidance to clients across multiple product lines
  • Process Insurance policies adhering to compliance standards and GDPR
  • Process customer payments
  • Take high-level customer calls mainly inbound, occasionally outbound
  • Achieve weekly, monthly targets and satisfy KPI's

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven
  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • APA Qualification with the Insurance Institute of Ireland
  • Experience in fast-paced environments desirable but not essential
