Meaningful Services Facilitator

We are seeking professionals to aid in the delivery and enhancement of person-centered services that encourage active citizenship.
This role involves facilitating and supporting service-users in various programs, identifying opportunities for building natural support networks and social roles.
You will be working with individuals to participate in a broad range of activities, including education, employment, sports, and social pursuits.
Main Responsibilities:- Enable individuals to engage in diverse activities and experiences.
- Facilitate service-users in various programs and identify opportunities for building support networks.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant Third Level Qualification in Social Care, Education, Community Development, or Training.
- Minimum three years' experience supporting adults with an intellectual disability or similar field.
- Experience in person centered planning, capacity building, social inclusion, positive behavior supports, community development, advocacy, and empowerment.
We require excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with an ability to work on your own initiative and be flexible.
A full clean driving license and use of your own vehicle is necessary.
