Overview

The primary objective is to effectively manage the Industrial/commercial heating systems solutions division. Liaising with Consultants, Specifiers, Mechanical Contractors and installers would be beneficial. A thorough knowledge and understanding of commercial heating systems are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of engineers and sales personnel, including hiring, training and motivating team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market analysis, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitoring sales performance, analysing data and providing reports to senior management.
  • Order Processing: Overseeing the entire order processing cycle from entry to fulfilment ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • System Procurement Management: Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously reviewing and improving order processing procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, finance and technical to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise in the estimating, engineering and sales process.
