We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a key role for the development and delivery of district heating initiatives.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy and implementation of district heating projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective deployment and achievement of sector objectives. This will involve developing and maintaining relationships with industry partners, advising on policy frameworks, and providing guidance and expertise to the sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, science, or economics, with significant experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication. They should also possess advanced IT skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant tools.

Requirements
  • A degree (Level 7 on NFQ) or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Science or Economics.
  • A minimum 3 years' experience working or equivalent in areas detailed above (can include post-graduate studies).
  • Experience of managing projects involving a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (including report writing, presenting, public speaking) with an ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Well-developed IT skills.
