Senior Employment Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to lead our employment law practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with the ability to provide strategic advice and practical solutions to clients across various sectors.
The Role- Advise and guide employers through investigations, disciplinary proceedings and termination of employment.
- Provide expert advice on protected disclosures, transfer of undertakings, employment equality and unfair dismissals.
- Represent employers and employees before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and Civil Courts.
- Draft, negotiate and advise upon contracts, policies and termination agreements.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6-7 years' PQE and excellent knowledge of employment law. Experience in data protection advisory is an advantage but not a requirement. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a caseload independently and work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements- Irish qualified Solicitor with 6-7 years' PQE (or more).
- Expert knowledge of employment law, including employee and employer experience.
