About the Role

As a senior recruitment professional, you will be responsible for leading and influencing our executive recruiting team. This role requires a strong understanding of business strategies and the ability to develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to attract top talent in the EMEA region.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends and data to inform recruitment strategies and optimize client and candidate experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative recruitment solutions.


About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced recruiter who can provide expert advice and guidance to our hiring managers. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment services and a passion for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, we want to hear from you.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
  • 5 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
  • 3 years of experience working in a problem-solving environment, analyzing data and business intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder matrixed environments and collaborating with leaders across strategy and execution.
  • Experience with executive-level hiring and partnering with clients to build executive recruiting teams.
  • Experience developing and executing organizational talent strategies.
