Job TitleAward-winning aparthotel operator is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to lead our public areas, lobby, reception and F&B spaces. In this fast-paced environment, you will be the face of our brand, taking ownership of your role with energy and flair.
- Maintain a fun, fresh and fast-paced environment across multiple spaces.
- Become the ultimate ambassador for our business, representing us with pride.
- Develop strong communication and teamwork skills to create memorable experiences for every guest.
We are looking for someone who has 2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally within the lifestyle hotel or hospitality sector. Knowledge of Front Office operations is essential, while previous F&B/Barista experience is preferred but training can be provided.
