Job Opportunity:

  • Transform user experiences through process optimization and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with buyers and sellers to ensure exceptional customer interactions.
  • Resolve timely and efficiently customer inquiries regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions.
  • Become an expert in product knowledge and systems to drive positive outcomes for users.
  • Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve open questions.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email and/or chat services support effectively.
  • Be available on weekends to cater to customer needs.
  • Ensure proficiency in English language skills.
  • Possess secondary language skills in French, German, or Dutch.
  • Understand Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
  • Have experience working with Customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Collectibles is an asset.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of support experience.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Secondary language preferred (French, German, or Dutch).
  • Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
  • Experience with Customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
  • Proactive problem-solver and process-improver.
  • Knowledge of Collectibles is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous start-up experience is beneficial.
