The role of a Customer Service Assistant is to provide an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting the Shop Manager and team with the smooth running of the store, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the day.
This includes accepting and paying out bets, delivering excellent customer service, and managing cash handling procedures.
You will also have the opportunity to step up and guide shop operations in the absence of the Shop and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing the shop, managing and guiding the shop team, and being responsible for cash management procedures.
This role requires someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide an outstanding customer experience through a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach.
- Betting Operations: Accept bets as per procedure, accurately taking and processing customer bets through multiple channels.
- Shop Management: Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the shop, including opening and closing the shop, managing and guiding the shop team, and being responsible for cash management procedures.
