
Customer Experience Champion

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team in the motor industry.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent front-line customer service skills, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email and walk-in, determining workshop availability for service, maintenance and repair work
- Meeting and greeting all service customers promptly and professionally, checking customers and their vehicles for work, confirming customer details, service needs and accurately recording this in systems
- Communicating with the workshop, maintaining up-to-date progress of customer vehicles undergoing service and/or repair, advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs
- Ensuring customer vehicles are ready at the agreed day/time and explaining to the customer all the maintenance and report work completed
- All other relevant administration in relation to the end-to-end process for servicing and maintenance of customer vehicles, including systems input, invoicing and daily management of work-in-progress
Liaising with other teams in the business, management, reception, sales, warranty, parts, assisting with gathering customer service feedback as a front-line member of staff, you will always be a brand ambassador, ensuring customer service is maintained to the highest standards, utilising manufacturer, company standards and best practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent front-line customer service skills
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within the motor industry
- Working knowledge of vehicle management systems / Keyloop / Kerridge / Autoview
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good attention to detail for recording all relevant details in documentation and systems
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, manage time effectively particularly at peak times
- Ability to work on own initiative when required or as part of a small team
- Flexibility in your approach to work
A Full Driving Licence is Required:
A full, valid, current driving licence for driving in Ireland is essential. If you are from outside the EEA, you will need to hold a current work permit for Ireland.
