Key Responsibilities:
  • Support programme development and delivery, including health promotion and occupational health initiatives.
  • Contribute to various functions within one team, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, and health & wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with skilled teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or holding a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in relevant disciplines (e.g., Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Business Administration).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
