
Driving Business Growth Through Strategic Relationships

An account strategist is responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and developing strategic plans to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of medium and large businesses to achieve quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Proactively consult with customers on digital marketing strategies and budgets to drive customer growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and agencies to support sales objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles. Fluency in English and Norwegian is necessary to support clients in the Norwegian market.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in assessing and achieving client success through sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, with expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns focused on performance marketing.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and use storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Ability to manage a portfolio in advertising or media sales and consistently exceed quotas to drive growth.
This role requires strong communication skills, entrepreneurial drive, and a passion for sales and the digital economy. You will be working closely with various advertising companies to find optimal advertising solutions for our clients.
