Job Title: Senior Growth Strategy Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, analysis, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in business analytics or product growth roles within a tech company.
  • Experience working across product, CRM, and/or marketing teams.
  • Deep comfort with SQL and BI tools like Tableau.
  • Strong skills in product analytics like Google Analytics, A/B testing, tracking, and tag management.

  • The roadmap and framework for understanding and accelerating demand growth.
  • The surfacing and championing of high-impact opportunities that can transform demand growth.
  • The buyer funnel strategy—from first touch to lead conversion—across product, marketing, and commercial levers.
  • The measurement and interpretation of performance for our most impactful demand-generating features.
  • Forecasting and strategic input to support executive decisions around demand-side investments.
