The Account Executive is a strategic role combining relationship management and revenue growth. This position requires a track record of success in driving business expansion, with a focus on building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing clients to drive business growth and expand Docusign's incremental revenue.
- Evaluate sales opportunities based on Docusign's sales methodology and metrics, including client fit and success criteria.
- Position Docusign's value proposition as a key component of the overall business solution, highlighting its benefits and linking them back to key business issues.
- Expand the Docusign solution beyond the initial implementation to consistently seek new business opportunities through presentations, recommendations, and upselling of new products and services.
- Process sales orders and facilitate customer onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests for engagement with other Docusign resources, such as professional services, training, product management, and marketing.
- Foster customer participation and involvement in Docusign events, conferences, and workshops.
- Provide timely and accurate reports and forecasts for management, leveraging data insights to inform business decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Docusign's products and services, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Manage customer loyalty and satisfaction, serving as an internal advocate and escalation point for clients.
- Proven track record of success in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and planning, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience working with CRM databases.
- Proficiency in Docusign's products and services, with a passion for staying current with industry trends.
