About the Position:

We are seeking an Operations and Administration Lead to join our team at TN Ireland. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Directors and providing exceptional administrative support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing presentations, documents, reports, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Managing correspondence, diaries, and action lists for Directors.
  • Providing excellent customer service skills by answering and directing calls, ensuring enquiries are actioned promptly.
  • Performing general accounts tasks including invoicing and maintaining accurate workflow data within our CRM system.
  • Filing, photocopying, and compiling tender reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively with directors and clients.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain good networks internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience with audio typing is advantageous.
