Job Description

Our team is seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic and collaborative environment. This role will involve working with individuals who require high-quality, evidence-based psychological services.

Key Duties:
  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the needs of each individual.
  • Deliver therapy and counseling sessions, as well as group interventions, to support individuals in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and coordinated care plans.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment programs that align with best practices in clinical psychology.
  • Conduct regular reviews of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistical reports to inform service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Hold a postgraduate qualification in clinical psychology from a recognized institution.
  • Demonstrate 3 years of post-qualification experience working with individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and/or mental health difficulties.
  • Meet the registration requirements of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
