Procurement Expert Sought for Strategic Sourcing Role
A key opportunity has arisen for an accomplished procurement professional to lead the management of procurement activities across various categories. This position will focus on driving value, ensuring supplier performance, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes from sourcing to contract execution
- Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and performance
- Identify and deliver cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
About You:
- A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of procurement experience is required
- Indirect procurement experience is a strong advantage
- A background in regulated industries such as medical devices is desirable but not essential
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are necessary
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
