Procurement Support Specialist Role

The Procurement Support Specialist will play a key part in the end-to-end procurement process.

  • They will be responsible for monitoring customer sales contracts and ensuring they are validated and correspond to the actual customer sale agreement;
  • Managing the drawdown of customer sales contracts and liaising with logistics teams to ensure customer service levels are met;
  • Monitoring open customer Sales orders and taking appropriate action to process and follow-up any issues;

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer sales contracts and ensure they are valid and match the customer's sale agreement;

• Manage customer sales contract drawdowns and collaborate with logistics teams to achieve high customer satisfaction;

• Identify and address any discrepancies in customer Sales orders.

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications;

• Familiarity with SAP and other Business Intelligence systems is desirable;

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment;

• High level of initiative and motivation.
