Adult Intellectual Disability Care Specialist

A Residential Support Worker is required to deliver high-quality, person-centered services to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
- Deliver exceptional services that prioritize the needs and preferences of service users.
- Implement best practices to promote independence, community integration, personal development, and work opportunities for attendees.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 5 QQI qualification in healthcare or a related discipline, a full clean Irish/EU driving licence, and at least 6 months experience working with adults who have an intellectual disability.
This is a full-time permanent position requiring 36 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities- Main Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality services, implementing best practices, maintaining accurate records, and promoting independent living.
- Essential Requirements: A Level 5 QQI qualification in healthcare, a full clean Irish/EU driving licence, and a minimum of 6 months experience working with adults who have an intellectual disability.
