Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our team in delivering exceptional results. The role will involve gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to inform business decisions, as well as providing administrative support for IT investment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision making
  • Assisting with project management systems and providing administrative support
  • Providing user support for Microsoft365 tools and ensuring device compliance
  • Developing efficient processes for documentation and updating dashboards
  • Assuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT and digital systems

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Working towards a degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Innovation and Technology courses, Digital Business and Innovation Courses
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a dynamic team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, and other relevant technologies is desirable
