Responsibilities will include leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will oversee various aspects of the project, including fabrication, building, programming, electrical wiring, and commissioning.

Professional relationships with clients will be maintained through regular updates and requests, while maintaining commercial awareness.

The successful candidate will have visibility and opportunities for growth in the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning assigned projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Defining project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Managing complex projects and installations across regions.
  • Developing progress and final reports for internal and client use.
  • Coordinating design, fabrication, build, electrical wiring, and software teams.
  • Obtaining customer feedback throughout the project timeline.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Scheduling regular client meetings and managing expectations.
  • Ensuring FAT and SAT compliance and accuracy of documentation.
  • Maintaining a high-quality work environment and excellent customer service.
  • Managing the supply and delivery of customer samples for testing purposes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Three or more years of experience in project delivery roles, such as project engineer or project manager.
  • Three or more years of project delivery experience on manufacturing equipment projects.
  • Complex project management experience with multiple work packages.
  • Customer/Client/Stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accountability and commitment to delivering results.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills when dealing with clients.
  • Commercial awareness and flexibility in adapting to changing conditions.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Experience with ERP systems for planning and reporting.
  • Troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in the Pharma and Food Industry.
  • Pharma validation requirements experience, including URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, FDS, RTM.

Education and Training

  • Certificate of training in project management, such as PMP or Agile.
